Lemon for whitening nails. Lemon juice not only nourishes and strengthens nails, but also perfectly whitens them. Wipe your nails 2 times a day with freshly squeezed lemon juice or soak your nails in the pulp for 20 minutes before going to bed. It is not necessary to wash off the juice, it is easily and quickly absorbed. After the lemon has absorbed into the nail plates, lubricate them with a moisturizing cream for hands and nails or olive oil, so that the skin of the fingers and the nails themselves do not look dry and irritated.
Soda for whitening nails. Dilute a tablespoon of soda in a glass of warm water, add a spoonful of salt and a couple of drops of lemon juice to the liquid. Immerse your nails in the mixture for 10 minutes, then moisturize your nails with hand cream. For maximum effect, you can take an old toothbrush, pour some wet soda on the teeth and rub your nails with it.

Whitening nails at home

Hydrogen peroxide for whitening nails. Peroxide brightens not only hair, but also nails, so pour a tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide in 100 g of water and lower your nails there for 5-10 minutes. A more effective method is to mix a tablespoon of peroxide with a teaspoon of soda and rub the paste on the nails, wash it off after 3 minutes with warm water and soap.
Toothpaste for whitening nails. Take the whitening toothpaste and apply it to an old toothbrush, with which you need to brush your nails for 2-3 minutes, washing your hands afterwards with warm water and soap.
Sea salt for whitening nails. Sea salt, like soda, whitens nails well. Therefore, pour a teaspoon of sea salt into a small container of warm water, stir the water, additionally add a couple of drops of lemon juice or essential oil (orange, ylang-ylang, almond), dip your fingers in the water for 5-7 minutes until it cools down. Such baths are useful when steaming nails for manicure, so you can kill two birds with one stone – whiten your nails and do a manicure at the same time.

Whitening nails with baking soda

2 tbsp. l drinking soda, dilute 1 tbsp. l 3% hydrogen peroxide. Apply the solution on the nails for 1-3 minutes. Rinse with warm water, and then apply a nourishing cream or olive oil to the nail plate.

1 st. l. sea ​​or table salt, mix thoroughly in a bowl with 200-250 ml. warm water. Add to the bath 1 tbsp. l. lemon juice or apple cider vinegar. Soak your nails in the liquid for 15-20 minutes. It is recommended not to rinse immediately, but to leave for an hour or two. Repeat the procedure daily or every other day until the desired effect is obtained.

Nail whitening mask

A very effective nail whitening mask, which is used when you need to quickly whiten your nails. For example, before important events, meetings, negotiations, events.

You need to mix 3% hydrogen peroxide with glycerin in a 3:1 ratio. It is recommended to apply the solution to the nail plate with a cotton sponge or cotton swab. Hold for 1-2 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with warm water.
